The Microenterprise Grant Program
The Microenterprise Grant Program distributes Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) CDBG-CV funding to local Low-to-Moderate Income businesses or businesses that meet the LMI job creation requirement, to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus and other pandemics. Microenterprise businesses are defined as having 5 employees or less.
Fueling the economic engine of Youngstown, the Small Business Boost Program is a collaborative effort between the City of Youngstown and The Intentional Development Group (IDG). This program is designed to empower local small businesses and propel them towards long-term success.

MOBI provides comprehensive support for emerging small businesses through expert-driven education, coaching, and business-building services. Facilitated by industry experts in strategy, finances, legal, marketing, and more – MOBI helps close gaps in business fundamentals to achieve operational excellence and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.
Community: Join a connected cohort of peers to learn and grow together. Participants will set goals to apply what they’ve learned and graduate from MOBI with a plan in place, plus the resources to achieve it.

Foundation: The MOBI Youngstown-Warren program provides entrepreneurs from Youngstown-Warren Ohio with the foundations to become confident business owners. Through an application process, Bridgeway Capital will select up to 10 to 15 entrepreneurs and guide them through a supported journey which unfolds in phases. The main goal is that all MOBI Youngstown-Warren participants graduate with clear goals (especially financial ones) and the thoughtful planning in place to make those goals a reality. Through MOBI Youngstown-Warren, Bridgeway Capital helps entrepreneurs achieve financial resilience and social impact.
